At Lakeview, we believe that ministry to children isn’t just babysitting, it’s an opportunity to train children to become men and women of faith. Children experience hands-on activities and awesome learning experiences!
Nursery and Preschool (Birth – Kindergarten)
The leadership of God’s Big Backyard invests much time and energy into developing age specific activities and curriculum. Their new facilities include restrooms in every room, new toys and a new indoor playground. Though the rooms are beautiful and the activities are fun, the thing that each leader takes seriously is safety!
Every volunteer goes through a screening process that includes a detailed background check and interview. Further, each child goes through a pager check-in system, ensuring that no parent or adult can pick up a child without the proper identification. No adult is permitted in the Nursery/Preschool area without proper identification.
New guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes earlier to register at the Parent Pager check-in desk, located in our main lobby (Main Street).

Finish Line (First – Fifth Grades)
