2. The Deceitfulness of Riches
3. The Desires for Other Things

Then, he challenges the congregation with 3 ways to lift Jesus higher this Easter:

1. Watch: “The Passion of the Christ”
2. Read: Mt 26-28, Mk 14-16, Luke 22-24, John 18-20
3. Invite: Someone to church Easter weekend

Lakeview’s next community outreach, Party in the Park, is scheduled for Saturday, April 11 (Easter Weekend) from 10 AM to 1 PM at Garden City Elementary.

The outreach will feature:

• 1,000 bags of free groceries
• Inflatables
• Face painting
• Balloon animals
• Egg hunt
• Lunch (hot dog/drink)
• 50 bike giveaways
• Dental and health screenings

To make this outreach a success, we need 400 volunteers.  Please sign up on Main Street for the area that most interests you.
