Scripture of the Day – Exodus 25:1-9
God spoke often of the offerings we were to bring to Him. God loves offerings. He delights in them. The Lord was very specific about the type of offerings He was looking for. “Bring Me an offering. Give it willingly. Give it with your heart.” God is never interested in wrenching an offering from our tight-fisted hands. If we don’t do it cheerfully, willingly, and from our heart He doesn’t want it. That’s good news! It’s freeing.
