This morning’s message was given by Pastor Ryan Elie and was based on Matthew 2:1-12.  Pastor Ryan asked the congregation to consider four questions:

1. Am I actively seeking after Him?

2. Am I a purposeful worshipper?

3. What gifts am I giving to Him?

4. Am I willing to change directions?

Pastor Ron Bontrager gave a Christmas focused message this morning about running to God when we are in a time of despair.   We should run to God not only when we are broke (financially), but also when we are broken.

This Sunday’s sermon by Pastor Ron Bontrager was based on 2 Kings 4:1-7, which is the story of a poor widow. This story reminds us that as God’s people, we have to know we are not exempt from hard times, we must focus on what we have, not what we don’t have, and we have to humble ourselves and let others bless us.
